Llevo a\u00f1os tratando de encontrar un equivalente fiel en espa\u00f1ol a este dicho ingl\u00e9s tan colorido. Pero todo intento queda deslucido. \u00bfQu\u00e9 frase usar de manera tan expresiva a una pasada de frenada en iniciativa?
Y es que, cuando enumeramos las virtudes deseables en cualquier buen jugador de equipo, enseguida aparece la iniciativa. Es mencionar iniciativa y ponerse cara de Mr. Wonderful.
Sin embargo, en ning\u00fan manual de habilidades personales se suelen se\u00f1alar los peligros del exceso -que suelen estar a la altura de los del defecto-. Y as\u00ed vienen las salidas de curva.
En las din\u00e1micas de talleres y cursos, he podido observar que el miedo al exceso es el principal generador de barreras.
As\u00ed como en el deporte, tan peligroso es la carencia de entrenamiento como el sobreentrenamiento, mostrar los l\u00edmites de la iniciativa, de la comunicaci\u00f3n, del pensamiento cr\u00edtico, de la innovaci\u00f3n y de cualquier virtud, junto con sus beneficios, es el primer paso para ganar seguridad y ponerlos en pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
